This 1929 Mickey Mouse Post Card, written in French, Paris France, Rare, First Run is very hard to find and rare. This
has been in my personal Vintage and Antique Halloween Collection for over 35 years in a display case.
It is written in French and the caption translates to,
"Sorry I Can't Get Away To See You."
The Paris, France  publisher is E. Sepheriades.  It is in used condition and has some color smearing due to its old age of 90 years old as seen in the photos.  This makes a great collectible piece that is very hard to find.
