    Childs DRESS TIE    This is a conventional Childs Tie that was folded at factory in conventional tie knot (Held in place with factory thread) its looped thru adjustable elastic  band with hook & loop connectors to go thru shirt collar & be connected at kids back of the neck collar
    I shrink wrapped this tie many years ago  BUT now am selling my collection, I removed from shrink for photos but will re-shrink wrap before I send it out I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANOTHER ONE OF THESE
    MEASURES: Tie front is 10" long including knot x 2.25" wide  Elastic collar is 14" long but could be extended further & has section of matching maroon material
    CONDITION: Very lightly used (If Ever used) BEAUTIFUL HAND PAINTED  'GRUMPY' is perfect not fragile with no problems with paint  NO names
