This is released in 2005 to celebrate Disneyland Resort's 50th Anniversary and has long since been retired.
This is NEW on the card in packaging BUT please note that there is a minor yellow spot on the lower left corner of the packaging but it is NOT part of the main window cling!  Please see photos!
