Cosmetically, there will be the normal rubs, scratches & wear associated with household use. The most evidence of use is on the top. This unit has a rectangular hole cut out for electrical access below the bottom shelf.

Local pick up. The buyer or their shipper picks up in Sargent, Nebraska 68874. Buyer pays their shipper for preparing, packing and shipping if they are unable to pick up.
