    Description

    OTC 418-F470 is an air bag component simulator used on many Ford and Mazda vehicles that can be installed directly into the factory wire harness connector in place of the air bag component to simulate a good part when trying to diagnose a defective or deployed component.
    The simulator has the correct resistance as the original component and also opens the connector shorting bar if so equipped.
    Works exactly like installing a "known good part" into the system when diagnosing troublesome air bag codes and warning lights.
