Your "buy it now" is for a GoTalk 9+ (model #GT-09) Aided Augmentative Communications (AAC) device made by The Attainment Company. Although it has been used, this item is now in manufacturer refurbished condition, and is completely functional
and ready for use. Your purchase will ship USPS Priority Mail.
Please be mindful of your local temperature and weather conditions when purchasing. Our facility is climate controlled and your items are packaged with care, however, we cannot be responsible for conditions present during transit or at your delivery location. 
You will receive only the items listed in this description, and no additional items that may be shown in the photos. View all pictures for details, ask questions if you need more information before buying. We do not accept returns for items that are received in as-pictured/as-described condition.
We do NOT drop ship.
All items sold by us are stored in our local office and warehouse. Item(s) will ship to you from our clean, smoke-free office within 1 business day of your cleared PayPal payment. Most packages ship same or next day. We ship in poly mailers when possible to keep your shipping cost low, and will combine shipping for you whenever possible. Items received not as described or damaged by shipping carrier may be returned. Do not open a request through eBay. Please contact us at the time your package is received for help with a return. Items MUST be returned in the same condition sent; for example: sealed packaging on new items, tags still attached with plastic string, etc., for clothing items.
