Here is a great little plastic front/ metal back Upjohn advertising name sign for the Registered Pharmacist on duty at the time. It is approx. 10" x 5" in size. Overall good condition with only needing a good and proper cleaning. The letters for the name slide in the opening and could be changed when needed.
