Original Lantiseptic Skin Protectant is emollient ointment which protects chafed or ulcer-prone skin and is widely used as a skin barrier for incontinence. This multi-use ointment contains 50% lanolin and is the preferred product in many long term care facilities for preventing and treating a variety of skin conditions. It helps to promote healing of skin injuries and is also used as a first aid treatment. Lantiseptic Skin Protection Ointment is formulated to encourage the proper moisture balance of the skin which aids the body's natural healing processes.
Contains 50% lanolin which with beeswax and petrolatum produces a fine emulsion of outstanding tenacity.
Effective and longer-lasting in maintaining hydration and skin integrity.
Maintains a superior environment for the healing process.
Should be applied to clean dry skin in sufficient quantities to act as a barrier.
