Mormon Herb Compound Vintage Antique Illinois Herb Company New Old Stock

You are bidding on a sealed box of antique "Mormon Herb Compound" sealed in wax paper in original box.  This has never been opened.  The contents sound and feel dried when box is gently shook.  Box with contents weighs 6 oz. and measures 6" x 1.5" x 1.5".  It feels completely full.
Box states, "This herb compound contains  Laurel, Desert Tea, Licorice, Wild Cherry, Fennel Seed, Cohosh, Gentian, Mulva." Also included on front piece are directions for preparation and where it was made and sold.  It also states there are 4 ounces of product.
In my research, I haven't found anything on this "compound" and/or if it has significance to the Mormon religion.  It was purchased locally in a group lot of antique new old stock kitchen and bathroom items.  If it does relate to the Mormon religion this would be an incredible find.  Thanks for looking.
