    This is a very early Materia Medica Specimen Tin from Parke, Davis & Co. Detroit, Mich.
    The tin was manufactured by Somer Bros., Brooklyn, N.Y. with a patent date of Apr. 29, 1879.
    Measures about 2" x 3".
    A very nice medical collectible. Has a wonderful image of the company's factory on the tin.
