VINTAGE CHINESE YIXING TEAPOT AND COVER
The featured item represents a Chinese Yixing pottery teapot that measures approximately 2 1/2"
from the floor to the opening's rim, 3 5/8" from the floor to the tallest points of the lid's finial, 2
3/8" across the opening and 6 1/8" wide between the spout and the handle.
One side of the body is decorated with a dragon and the other one with a fish. The lid has a
lingzhi finial and hole with a moving dragons head coming out of it. The dragon's tongue also
moves. The underside of the lid bears a seal mark - Kexin.
The pot comes in overall good condition with no major damages found. There is a small chip on
the lid's knob. Aside that, normal wear like some scuffs, marks and scratches as well as some
production flaws and imperfections.
