Description
For a kid in the late 50s-early 60s CURAD Battle Ribbon® colorful adhesive bandages almost made it fun to fall off a bike and skin a knee. Battle Ribbons® not only put a bandage over a wound, but it quickly put a smile on the bruised child’s face. Introduced by Curity's CURAD brand in the 1950s, these bandages were popular with moms & kids through the mid-century years. Here is a new-condition painted steel can from that era, likely from the late 1950s based on the 49¢ price imprinted on the lid. Inside are all the original bandages in all their colorful, patriotic glory! The can is steel, with bright painted vintage graphics on the shiny exterior. There is no wear on the item
