Vintage SMALL CARVED STONE DRAGON TEAPOT Soapstone? from Vietnam? MINT

This auction is for a very nice
SMALL, CARVED STONE, DRAGON TEAPOT
.
Not sure of the age, but I think it may have been made in Vietnam? The lid has a slot in it where I think a wire handle would normally be inserted. The bottom has what I assume to be the maker's mark in, presumably, Vietnamese characters. The type of stone may be soapstone, but it could be something else, I'm not expert at this type of item.
The Teapot measures approximately 5 3/4" long by 3 1/8" wide by 3" tall, and weighs approximately 12oz.
CONDITION:
This Teapot is in
MINT, LIKE NEW CONDITION!
There is no wear at all, the inside is completely dry and unstained, looks like it's never been used!
