    Delco-Remy brand horn for Harley Davidson
    I have seen these on Shovelhead models (maybe late Panhead too?)
    THIS IS A WORKING HORN! I tested it by connecting body of horn to negative terminal on a 12v battery and then connecting the tab on the horn to the positive terminal. YES IT DOES WORK AND IT IS LOUD!
    Chrome cover has lots of patina but there are no issues with it
    Looks like you get the bracket to mount to your old Shovelhead too
